Welcome to Fast Facts & Features – Episode 29!

Today we discuss the construction of a low-quality quality engineered hardwood floor. We use an engineered hardwood with a low-quality plywood core to point out some things to out look for when shopping.

Of course, if you would like to see our floors in person you are always welcome to visit our North Vancouver showroom! Details can be found here: https://ethicalflooring.com/contact-us/

On the right is an example of marine-grade plywood; this is similar in appearance to what you would find in a high-quality engineered hardwood floor from a company like Mirage Harwood Floors. And on the left, is something called plywood which is obviously of an inferior quality. When shopping for an engineered hardwood floor, choose wisely!
