After taking August off, Jeanette and Kevin are back to do an after summer check in. They discuss interest rates, renovations and flooring (among other things!).
Summer is typically a slower time for the flooring industry; many people are on holidays or otherwise out enjoying the sun. In Vancouver you have to get out and enjoy the sun whenever it happens to show itself! However this was not the case for Ethical Flooring this summer. Even with interest rate increases and a general uncertainty in the world, Ethical Flooring continued to be extremely busy; in fact we had one of our busiest months in the 10-year history of the company. We attribute this growth to a combination of having solid supply chains, a growing complement of sales and project managers, as well as a fantastic installation team that is now overseen by one of our beloved long-term installation contractors.
